Jennifer Cole provided exceptional care for my mother before her passing, going above and beyond her scope of care. Mrs. Cole made hospital visits to check on my mother’s well-being, as well my family’s, formed long lasting bonds and friendship with my family and was attentive to all of my mother’s needs no matter how trivial they seemed. She was available 24/7, ensuring I did not have to worry when I was not with her. She always made her feel special.
